Company History:  Carolina Marine Construction, Inc. has been providing high quality residential and commercial marine services in the New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick  County areas for over 20 years.  We are a Total Marine Contractor, meaning our knowledgeable professionals can handle every phase of your marine project, including design implementation, permitting, construction and dredging (if needed).          Our quality assurance is your peace of mind that your project will be completed the right way, built to CAMA specifications,  using only quality materials.   We do aim to be the cheapest, but what's more important is to be the best.  As Ben Franklin once said"  "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a good deal  is forgotten".           Owner and President, Michael Conard is a UNC-W Cameron School of Business graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.  Michael is actively involved with every project from beginning to end.   He will go on site to meet with each property owner to better understand their needs, and meet onsite with CAMA officers.   With decades of experience in the industry, Michael can incorporate your ideas into a final, functional design, while maximizing your useable space. Estimates are always free.      Our crew has over 80 years combined experience in the construction industry.    Our Senior Project Foreman has  been employed by CMC, Inc. for 12 years.  Our General Project Foreman has been employed by our company for 8 years.  Every member of our crew has been employed by CMC for at least 5 years or more.  Our crew operates as a team and takes pride in every quality project completed Insurance Coverage:   Fully licensed and insured with over 1,000,000.00 in General and Commercial  Liability.
